    ORIENT is found in Vancouver, Canada, and all the products are made with high-quality pearls.
  • Are these pearls authentic?
    Yes! Our GIA Pearl experts carefully select the pearls for our products; all the pearls we use for the products are authentic.
  • Can I exchange and return my product?
    To ensure our customer and staff safety during the Covid-19 pandemic, please note that we will not provide any exchange or return during this period. So every customer receives the product is 100% unworn and brand new. Thank you for understanding.
  • Any warranty for my product?
    To ensure our high-quality customer service, we offer a one-year warranty on most of our products (any products 30% off or less are not include). Human causes do not belong to our repair scope, but please contact our customer service if you need to repair them. Our jeweler will respond according to the details of the required restoration.
  • How do I take care of my pearls?
    Pearl is an organic gemstone, vulnerable to the influence of acidic, alkaline, and extreme humidity. Protect the sheen of pearls by keeping them out of contact with makeup, hairspray, or perfume. After makeup and hair, finish with jewelry. The luster of a pearl can also be affected by sweating. To prevent this from happening, wipe the pearls gently with a soft cotton cloth before returning them to the jewelry box.
